Richard Gladwell has been running contracting teams for 16 years, and has another 12 years IT industry experience prior to becoming involved in the management and marketing of contracting teams. The Directors of ITEC have a combined IT recruitment experience of 40 years. This experience level is high in comparison with others in the industry.

Richard Gladwell’s  IT industry experience includes IBM, and Air New Zealand. He has professional management qualifications. Since entering the contracting world, Richard has worked as Professional Services Manager for Computer Sciences and APL – with a couple of years in between at Morgan and Banks.  Suzan McCall worked for four years with Daimler Benz (Germany) and Nixdorf (NZ). ITEC Recruitment has been established for 12 years, both Richard and Suzan worked together at Computer Sciences.
